WHO ARE WE?

SILICONALLY is a leading provider of Automotive Ethernet PHY IP and was founded in April 2019 in Dresden, Europe's largest ICT centre.

The founding members of SILICONALLY had worked together for several years as researchers at TU Dresden, where they analysed the complexity of future automotive data networks as part of the “Fast Carnet” project. To address the need for real-time processing of high-bandwidth sensor data (e.g. camera, radar, ultrasound) in ADAS, they initiated the development of an IEEE 802.3-compliant 1000BASE-T1 PHY — a project that laid the groundwork for SILICONALLY’s founding.

Successful chip tape-outs in 2020 and 2022 attracted international attention. Today, SILICONALLY is a leading provider of Ethernet PHY IP, helping customers stay ahead in an increasingly connected world through a commitment to technical excellence.
