For our corporate unit we are looking with immediate effect for a working student to support in all administrative areas of the People and the finance office.
If you are interested in writing content for our social media platform you are welcome too.
You will be part of the corporate unit and therefore you will get a very close learning insight into a company growth process coming from a start-up.
Your Task will invole
- Applicant management - review of new job entries and communication with applicants, writing job offers etc.
- Preparation of overviews and status reports in the people and finance office
- Help in all matters of organisation
- regular responsibility for sorting incoming mail
- creation of appealing LinkedIn and MS-teams posts
You may as well help in
- the organisation of our annual All-Hands Meetings, where all Siliconally employees come together physically to collaborate and learn
- the preparation of internal and external trainings
- Payroll and financial accounting
- Marketing activities
Who you are
You are a student in economics. Psychology, HR management or similar courses?
We are looking for you with very good analytical and structuring skills, accuracy in completing tasks, reliability and a sense of responsibility.
Since the company language is English and our employees come from different nations, you should be fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
